ETSI Health Clinic is open to people from all backgrounds and provides HIV/STI and COVID-19 testing for free of insurance. It is about getting tested regularly in the clinic to remain healthy; everyone is encouraged to know his or her status. 

ETSI Health Clinic also offers various services besides testing, which are trans-related care, mental health peer support, support groups, PrEP, and insurance enrollment.

The clinic also runs a mobile testing van, and it targets Hampton Roads and other rural areas like Eastern Shore, Smithfield, Suffolk, Franklin, and Williamsburg. This makes it possible for all the people in different places to access basic health care services.
