• Provide support for the optimization and implementation of Allscripts EHR system
• Work with administrative and clinical teams to identify and address issues related to workflow
• Conduct analysis of usage of systems on a regular basis as well as make recommendations for its improvements
• Participate in validation and testing of EHR system upgrades and enhancements
• Minimum 5+ Experience with Allscripts Touch Works / Allscripts Practice Management / Allscripts Professional
