Tamara is a Senior Director in MorganFranklin Cyber’s Cyber and Operational Resilience (CORe) practice where she leads business resilience, crisis management, physical security, and emergency response. Based in the D.C. area, Tamara has been in the resilience space for 25 years, spending most of her time as a management consultant at Booz Allen Hamilton, Deloitte, and KPMG prior to joining MorganFranklin nearly three years ago. In addition to consulting, Tamara has worked in-house at a global tech company and international law firm where should built resilience and crisis management programs from the ground up. Tamara spends most of her time working with clients in the healthcare, financial services, and manufacturing industries to establish programs that prepare organizations to successfully manage adverse events that could have significant people/patient safety, financial, reputational, or regulatory impacts.
About Matt DeFrain
Matt is a Managing Director with MorganFranklin Cyber where he leads the Cyber and Operational Resilience (CORe) practice. Based in the Portland area, Matt has been in the technology and business resilience space for 25 years, spending most of his time as a management consultant at Deloitte prior to joining MorganFranklin three years ago. In addition to consulting, Matt works across industries, with extensive experience within the healthcare and financial services domains.
