Severence M. MacLaughlin, Ph.D. is the founder and CEO of DeLorean Artificial Intelligence. Before founding DAI, Dr. MacLaughlin served as the Chief of Intelligence for the Capgemini Group for the Western Hemisphere. Before that, Dr. MacLaughlin was the Global Head of AI for Healthcare & Life Sciences for Cognizant Technology Solutions. Severence has advised numerous domestic and international governments as well as the United Nations and World Health Organization on the application of AI to disease progression. Dr. MacLaughlin is ranked the #2 healthcare data scientist in the world. Severence earned his Ph.D. at the University of Adelaide Medical School, Honors (top 1%), and his BS from Cornell University, Magna Cum Laude, With Honors and Distinction in Research.
