It is a great year for dealing and wheeling in the healthcare IT sector; that much is for certain. And the greatest of all occurred just days before the calendar turned over, with the Oracle $28.3 billion accessions of Cerner. That one, generally, stands atop our chart of some of the boldest and biggest M&A sales of 2021. Be certain to remain tuned in 2022 as we proceed to analyze its ripple impacts for those corporations and their consumers.
The Wall Street Journal initially had the knowledge, the weekend before, reporting that a big accession is probably in the offing. When they officially announced it the next Monday, governors from the two corporations touted their incorporated ability to give our overworked clinical experts. The companies give our overworked experts a fresh generation of easier-to-use digital equipment. It also helps access data via a hands-free voice interface.

The purpose is to enable healthcare customers of all sizes and shapes to establish, advance, and build new accuracy medicine strategies, officers said.
