Zuub, a California-based medtech startup specializing in dental Revenue Cycle Automation, has secured $9M in Series A funding round to roll out AI-powered solutions and advanced automation technology in dental practice operations.
Co-founded in 2019 by Luka Sklizovic, Zareh Shabani, Liem Doan, and Robert Kim, the startup’s latest funding round was spearheaded by Vertical Venture Partners, with contributions from Bonfire Ventures and MTech Capital.
The company provides AI-backed automation solutions for thousands of insurance service providers at private dental clinics and large dental support organizations across North America.
Zuub’s AI-powered Automation Solutions
Zuub’s AI-powered automation platform is designed to integrate seamlessly with existing Practice Management Systems. It automates patient statements, treatment planning, patient financing features, and insurance verification processes, streamlining dental care companies’ operations.
These capabilities can help dental health service providers improve efficiency and profitability by freeing up some 40 hours every week that could have otherwise been used for patient eligibility verification and benefits determination, allowing dental care organizations to use the time to focus more on helping patients.
According to Luka Sklizovic, CEO of Zuub, the new financial support from investors will fuel the company’s growth and support its efforts to develop revolutionary technology solutions to help dental practice organizations operate seamlessly and offer transparent pricing to their customers.
