Humanaut Health, a Texas-based premium clinic focusing on health optimization and longevity, announced that it had raised $8.7 million in its oversubscribed seed funding round to extend longevity healthcare to local cities in the United States.
Led by The Kabech Fund, the 40% oversubscribed round included contributions from Midnight Venture Partners, Tushara Dilanie, the company’s founders, and other strategic investors.
According to Humanaut, the capital raised will support the development of its care model, which includes hormone, regenerative, and lifestyle medicine services. The funds will also help the startup expand its membership-based clinics to major US markets.
Humanaut Health’s services include preventative care, symptom management, comprehensive health assessments, and individual coaching available for premium members. With recently secured investments, the clinic is looking to expand its digital health services, clinical quality, and franchise strategies.
The Clinic’s founding team comprises medical experts with vast professional experience from diverse medical fields, including big names in medicine, health tech, and prestige retail.
Spearheaded by CEO Jim Donnelly, other founders include Paul A. Pagnato, Harry Adelson, ND, Amy Killen, MD, Trey Owen, Elliot Karathanasis, and Tony Cheng. The founders have collectively generated billions in exit value from their previous ventures, including Archway Health, PagnatoKarp, Restore Hyper Wellness, and United Fitness Partners (UFP).
The Clinic will launch its services in early summer, and membership clinics are expected to open nationwide, beginning with Austin, Texas, in late 2024.
