Fidelis Care has selected Exodus Transitional Community as one of its beneficiaries and granted them $20,000 as financial support for providing trauma-informed care to people within the justice system and improving the overall health within the community.
This funding is crucial for Exodus’s goal of expanding and developing trauma-informed, holistic care to justice-affected populations while enhancing public health. With this resource Exodus seeks to offer specialized tools, hands-on assistance and care to clients to help them develop coping capabilities, overcome adversities and work towards healthier life paths.
