Lifelong Access is proud to announce that it has been awarded a Healthcare Transformation Capital Investment Grant of $21.7 million. This particular grant is the HFS Illinois Department Healthcare and Family Service Grant. It will greatly enhance the delivery of healthcare services to the clients.
Purpose of the Grant
The funding is to be spent to enhance available services for children in Bloomington, Illinois, and to the creation of those services. The idea is to organize a one-stop-shop that will cover all the aspects of youths’ requirements. This campaign seeks to enhance the availability of health services, mental health care, education, and other facilities.
The support services hub will be established at 301 West Washington Street in Bloomington, specifically at the Pantagraph building. This central position is believed to increase the chance of delivery of services to local youthful families as required. It will be made to look like a new structure with an atmosphere. It will allow the youth and the societies to embrace each other.
Healthcare Community Impact
This initiative is an investment into the future of the young people of Bloomington. Through partnering with local not-for-profit organisations, Lifelong Access and Chestnut Health Systems™ hope to transform the well-being of members within the community. HFS grant will be used in this partnership to make certain that youth can obtain all the relevant necessities for their achievement and development.
