On 17th December, the clinic posted about the network outage on its Facebook page. The hospital explained it as a system-wide network outage, which is influencing the computer systems and phones.

The post continued that they are operating to fix the problem as soon as possible. They apologize for this complication. They are laboring diligently to get their networks working properly. The social media profile then went silent for over 3 days. Calling the network frequently returns an occupied signal, and the website now recorded on the page shows an error. Sufferers in the comments of the post conveyed anger and confusion.

On December 21, the capability declared that it would give a 7 day supply of drugs for sufferers in demand of a refill. The clinic’s Facebook profile also answered a few sufferer comments, telling that physicians were still observing sufferers in the department as of Tuesday. As per a report from News Tribune, the clinic’s board intended to talk about the network outage on Tuesday.

Cole County Emergency Medical Services also shifted sufferers to another clinic for a short period.
